Creative Ways to Display Your Pet Photos
You’ve just had your photoshoot and now have a portfolio of beautiful images, but now what do you do with them?
As a pet photographer, I know just how important your fur babies are, and having high quality, dynamic photography proudly displayed around your house is a great way to show off your pets!
One of the best places to showcase your framed prints is in the living room. As one of the areas of your home with the highest volume of traffic, the lounge is a great place to view your pet’s photos on a regular basis, and also provides a positive talking point for family, friends and other guests alike.
Another great option for displaying you pet portraits in your home is to create a pet corner. Choose a wall or corner area, perhaps where you keep all of your pet’s food, toys or accessories, and hang framed photos that capture the essence of your best friend(s). You can choose to hang frames of identical sizes, or mix it up with frames of various sizes and create a gallery wall of love.
Okay I’ll admit it, I let the dogs sleep on my bed…
There’s nothing better than a good puppy snuggle in the morning or taking a nap with a cat curled up by your feet, so why not decorate your bedroom with your pet portraits? Opt for a calming colour such as almond or light blue when selecting your backdrops for a shoot, and add a sense of tranquility that will help you feel peaceful as you drift off to sleep - you and your pet included!
